How do I pay?

You will pay through the customer portal for successful repairs only. If the fixed price of the repair is out of your budget, then we will charge for shipping but waive the diagnosis fee. We have a “no fix, no Fee” policy for all unsuccessful repairs.

What is the turnaround time?

Turnaround time varies depending on the device. Some repairs are simpler than others, but we handle all repairs in the order that they come in. Rest assured, we are doing our best to make sure we get your device back to you as fast as possible.

How much is shipping?

There is FREE shipping both ways for all successful repairs. Any repairs that are “no fix, no fee” will be charged for shipping both ways.

How can I get my service rushed?

You can pay for rush service; this will make your device priority and we will get it back to you within a certain timeframe. If the timeframe is not within your expectations then we will offer to fix it after the other repairs before it, or “no fix, no fee” the repair.

How do I send in my device for repair?

Fill out the form by providing all information required. It is critical that we have the passcode to the device (if any), especially for data recovery. Make sure to carefully package your device, as we don’t want to have to repair for cosmetic damage as well as your designated repair.

How does the “no fix, no fee” policy work?

It is our intent to fix every device sent our way, but there are occasions where that may not be possible. Should the repair be unsuccessful, we will only charge for the diagnosis and shipping.

What if there is another issue with the device?

If we discover any additional issues with the device other than the primary during our diagnostic, then we will offer to fix them as well as the primary. If you chose to fix only the primary, then we will only fix that issue and send you an invoice.

How does your data recovery service work?

Due to the delicate nature of data recovery, the price varies depending on the complexity and amount of work to recover the data. Data recovery generally ranges from $150 to $500 for mobile smart devices. We offer a “No Fix, No Fee” policy so if we are not able to recover the data, there is no charge. If we are able to complete a successful data recovery, the data will be stored on a flash drive (or a medium of your choice) and sent back to you. If you would like your previous device data backed up to a new device, please contact us and we will find a way to work best with your needs.

What other repairs do you do?

We accept all general electronic repairs. While we specialize in mobile devices, we will undertake any electronic repairs if the cost to repair is less than the cost of the device.

What kind of warranty do you provide?

We provide a warranty for the designated repair that the device was sent for should the device stop functioning as intended in regards to that repair. Your device is not covered under warranty if we repair your screen and you send it back to us due to an unrelated issue such as the camera, but we will offer to fix it for a price.

I’m nervous about sending my phone to you. How do I know that you won’t just part it out?

Your concern is understandable, but we are reputable company and rely on our integrity to keep us in business. Feel free to check out any reviews from Yelp, Google, or Facebook to gain perspective on us and what we do. If that still doesn’t cut it, then let us know how we can gain your trust!

Will I lose my data?

The only way data can be lost is if there is corruption in the software, or something mechanically went wrong. We always recommend backing up your data for your own peace of mind. If you send us your device for repair and there may be a chance your data is lost, we will contact you before proceeding. We will not risk your data without your approval.
